Reason's Why I Love Tea So Much | Tea And Beauty

I absolutely love tea, whether it's a traditional cuppa or a green tea I just can't get enough of it. I really started drinking it when I met Matt, I drank coffee more than tea then and I don't really know what changed but all I know is I couldn't do without having tea in my life now.

My morning cup of tea

I can not function in the mornings without tea. I will admit I'm definitely not a morning person, and it always takes about half an hour to feel "human". Tea certainly helps me to wake up and get going.

Tea breaks

I love to just have a quick 15 minutes if I've been especially busy to just sit and have a cup of tea, it also helps to keep me going if I am feeling a little tired.

You can dunk your biscuits

Now I love doing this, you can't beat a good biscuit dunked in your tea. Matt thinks I'm completely disgusting, but I don't care! Custard creams I think are my favorite biscuit for dunking.

You can have a good catch up

Whether it's with friends or family it doesn't matter, tea is great for catching up on all the gossip with. If you go round someone's house how many times do they say "I'll put the kettle on!" or "Do you want a cup of tea?"

It comes in different flavours

I have quite a few boxes of tea at home, I have the usual Yorkshire Tea, but in the cupboard I also have Clipper Teas Green Tea and Lemon and their Skinni Vanilli. I also love Twinnings Fruit Tea.

It's great with reading

I love reading a good book with a cup of tea, the only think that makes that better is if it's raining. I'm not sure what it is but I love to curl up with a book and a cup of tea in the window seat when it's raining and just relax.

I have been really good lately to, I used to have two sugars in my tea, but since cutting down on all the crap I eat I have gone down to one sugar. It's amazing to think what that alone has probably done, it's scary to think if I have five cups of tea a day, that's five sugars I have cut out. Wow!

Do you drink tea, what's your favorite thing about tea that you love?
